For registrations handled by MY CNTM, we permanently archive the electronic registration certificate. After confirming your authority, we resend the archived copy free of charge. Contact support instead of paying for a formal reissue just to retrieve our copy.
A formal CNIPA reissue may be needed when the original electronic certificate cannot be retrieved, for example when the previous agent is unreachable. CNIPA reissues electronic registration certificates, not new paper originals. Confirm the scope and price before ordering.
Reissue of a trademark registration certificate and issuance of an official trademark registration proof are separate procedures. Replacement of a change, assignment or renewal certificate is different again. Tell us what document the recipient requires so we can identify the correct service.
